AREAS COVERED

I live in Pembury and cover Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Pembury, Rusthall, Langton, Hadlow, Paddock Wood, East Peckham, Matfield, Lamberhurst and surrounding areas. I can offer flexible pickup and drop off points i.e. from school to home, work to home etc.
Lessons usually last for for one hour but sometimes need to be one and a half or two hours if you live quite far away from the local test Center.

Your first lesson will cost only £10*
Normal hourly rate is £24.

CAR

You will be learning to drive in a new Ford Fiesta fully fitted with dual controls for your safety while learning. There are lots of other extras including air con, power steering, electric windows and mirrors, and passenger and driver airbags.

PASS PLUS

Once you have passed your Practical Driving Test (car) you should consider taking the PASS PLUS course. Not only can you save money on your car insurance but more importantly you will gain valuable driving skills.

Newly qualified drivers are more vulnerable than they realize. Statistics show that new drivers are more likely to have an accident within their first two years than at any other time in their driving career.
For example:
●Two young people under 25 die every day in Great Britain.
●In their first year of driving, one driver in five is involved in a crash.

PASS PLUS was introduced by the Driving Standards Agency as a way to make newly qualifies drivers safer. The course builds upon the driving experience you have already gained.

The course is made up of six modules and covers the following areas:
● Town Driving
●All Weather Driving
●Out of Town Driving & Rural Roads
●Night Driving
●Dual Carriageways
●Motorways

The course lasts for a minimum of 6 hours and will cost you £150 .

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR

My name is Lesley and I am an independent driving instructor. I qualified after being made redundant as an accountant in 1999. I took the opportunity to do something that I have always enjoyed which is driving. The exams were harder than expected but it was all worthwhile to see the smile on a pupils face when they pass their driving test. I love meeting different people and as everyone’s capabilities are different when it comes to driving the challenge keeps me on my toes and makes work very enjoyable.
All ages and abilities are welcome from complete beginners to pupils who need a refresher lesson or two
